Loblaw Companies Ltd. | Brand Marketing Intern | 2023

Successfully spearheaded the Canada Day campaign to include special email loyalty offers and 2 Instagram reels, which increased the click rate by 500% and Instagram engagement rate by 72.6%. Spearheaded an A/B test for the weekly loyalty offer deployed to 1.3M users, which had an average open rate of 35% over 4 months.

D-Wave System | Marketing Intern (part-time) | 2023

Launched and managed our CEO, Alan Baratz‘s, new Twitter account, generating an average increase of 84%, 19%, and 95% in impressions, engagements, and post clicks respectively. Responsible for content creation planning on a week to week basis while spearheading email campaigns for workshops and quantum computing use cases.

Microsoft | Marketing Communications Manager Co-op | 2022 – 2023

I drove ongoing improvements to the Central Marketing Organization’s marketing operations by scaling an internal studio through a rebrand, establishing a new framework, and ensuring compliance spend of the infrastructure. I worked with the Education Lead to develop a GTM strategy as part of a $XXk paid social strategy.

Conexkt | Marketing Communications Intern (part-time) | 2021 – 2022

I implemented a new email marketing strategy, which increased the open rate by 23% and the click rate by 10%. I led the marketing plan for an epilepsy-focused documentary with the University of British Columbia, resulting in over 7 international news articles.

Royal Bank of Canada | Business Analyst Co-op | 2021 – 2022

Within four months, I leveraged my experiences to build three, and managed five, internal sites from initial mockup to completion for over 1,500 employees. I utilized Excel to pull data from surveys, website users, and newsletters to generate monthly reports.

Node App Inc. | Business Development Intern | 2020

As the Business Development Intern, I used Hubspot to identify, track, and maintain a relationship with over 400 prospective sales leads. I curated outreach and Excel templates that was used for A/B tests, which led to a 20% increase in response rate from the leads.

Hack the 6ix | Board Member (pre. Co-Chair, Business) | 2021 – Present

As the 2022 Co-Chair, I successfully led the organization of the first hybrid event for Toronto’s largest summer hackathon, inviting over 450 participants in-person/virtually to compete. I also helped negotiate and sourced over $XX,XXX for Hack the 6ix 2021.

Marketing Students’ Society | Co-President (prev. Events) | 2021 -2024

I drove brand exposure within York University by leading 14 executive members to organize a series of in-person workshops, which resulted in an average of 20 attendees per workshop, turnout rate of 73%, and over 11,400 impressions on Instagram.

Elle Hacks | Sponsorship Lead (prev. Marketing Outreach) | 2019 – 2021

Elle Hacks is Canada’s largest all female 48 hour hackathon. Within the organization, I led a team of 4 sponsorship executives to implement a new sponsorship strategy that secured over $XX,XXX, a 38% increase from Elle Hacks 2019.
