Overview
Chiefly is an early stage tech startup that uses Feedback AI™ technology to deliver new insights to leaders. They utilize behavioral science and deep learning to give leaders feedback in real time about how to improve their effectiveness in meetings with their team members or clients. The machine learning insights is linked to the company and individual OKRs in order to demonstrate a clear ROI to the company’s goals.
My role
I managed the overall branding of the company and developed a marketing plan to update all branded assets for our website, graphics, digital press kits, and more. I led the creative designs and worked closely with the product team for copywriting all external digital communications across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and our website. This included the creation of quantitative feedback reports, blog posts, social media updates, and PR efforts.

Takeaways
• I learned that hashtags, visual content, links, and tagging the organization/individual in the post can drive up the overall reach of a post exponentially. Of course, each social media platform is different and must have their post formulated accordingly.
• A startup is a fast paced environment with multiple ongoing project. Staying organized is a must to complete tasks by the scheduled deadline.
• I worked cross-functional plenty of times and communication can make or break a project.
